AUSTRALIAN NATURAL BURIAL AUTHORITY 

The Australian Natural Burial Authority (ANBA) is an Incorporated Association; one of a suite of charitable entities that together comprise the legal structure of the Earth Funerals Project. 

ANBA is the Trustee for specialised charitable trusts that enable the Earth Funerals Project to receive tax deductible donations, and operate burial grounds in all States and Territories in Australia.


SUSTAINABLE FUNERALS AUSTRALIA  

Sustainable Funerals Australia Inc. (SFA) is an Incorporated Association established as the ‘trading arm’ of the Earth Funerals Project. A range of funeral related services are offered by SFA under various brands including Earth Funerals and Earth Direct Cremation.


EARTH LEGACY TRUST 

The Earth Legacy Trust is a Public Ancillary Fund (PAF), endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR). It receives tax deductible donations and funeral related income that is distributed to support environmental restoration and conservation initiatives.


STARFISH FOUNDATION

The Starfish Foundation is a charitable trust listed on the Federal Register of Environmental Organisations (REO). The Foundation is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR1), and receives donations and gifts to bring forward charitable projects and initiatives in service of the environment.
